Sugar Free Banana Protein Muffins

Perfect for a quick breakkie, snack or dessert!

I make a batch of these almost every week and they are a total life saver as a girl on the go!

I love to have one or two as breakfast, or warm one up as a perfectly indulgent snack.

I know you guys are going to absolutely love these as much as I do! Here is what your going to need:

Sugar Free Banana Protein Muffin

  • 1 Banana

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 ½ cups almond meal

  • ½ cup vanilla protein (sub for almond meal)

  • ½ cup almond milk

  • ¼ cup coconut oil

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • ½ tsp sea salt

  • optional: chocolate chips ( I love these sugar free ones!)

Got all this? Lets get started!

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large bowl, mash the banana and eggs together. Add in the almond meal, protein, almond milk, coconut oil, cinnamon, vanilla and sea salt. Portion the mix into lined muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
