Pumpkin Seed Mylk!


If you haven’t tried making your own pumpkin seed mylk yet then….your welcome! Because oh my gosh this is my absolute favorite dairy free milk to date! Plus, its so much less expensive to make than almond mylk.

I have been making this recipe for over a year now and wake up every morning craving it in my coffee, on granola, or just by itself because…why the heck not?!

Its a little earthy, a tiny bit sweet and so creamy and delicious! I even like to make this recipe and put it in a cute mason jar as a gift to my family and friends. (I absolutely adore a homemade and thoughtful gift!)

Ok…lets jump in and get you started on all the ingredients you’ll need.

  • 4 cups water

  • ¾ cup pumpkin seeds

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 2 dates

  • Optional add ins: cacao powder, matcha, cinnamon, ½ cup strawberries

Got it all? Ok. Add all of this into your blender and blitz away on high for two minute. Get a big bowl and strain the nut mylk through a nut milk bag. I use this one!
