Vanilla Superfood Mylkshake!

My absolute go-to smoothie when I want something decadent and filled with all the yummiest things to keep my day going strong!

Pro tip: If you want it to be chocolate-y just add some raw cacao powder or swap the vanilla protein with chocolate! YUM!

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana

1 serving vanilla protein ( I love Tropeka —seriously the best…and their salted caramel flavor is to die for!)

1 heaping tbsp of nut butter ( I love tahini or almond butter but peanut butter would be amazing too!)

dash of cinnamon

1/2 to 1 cup of almond milk or water to blend (the less liquid the more ice-cream like it will be!)

optional: some greens like spinach or some greens powder for an extra punch!

Thats it!! Stick it in your blender and BLEND BABY BLEND!
