I’m JESS AND!
I am so happy to have you here!
My name is Jess-- I am a holistic health coach, non-toxic beauty advocate and dog mama with a big dream! I empower women to live intuitively and transform their health by making actionable changes that last a lifetime.
I live with my puppy dog, Alma, in the mountains of Colorado and if I could have one really cool talent I would be an epic street dancer. I love all things outdoors, farmers markets and am a self admitted health nerd and clean beauty obsessed kind of girl!
I became a holistic health coach through the Integrative Institute of Nutrition and have a 200-hour yoga teacher certification because I felt a big pull to help thousands of women just like you reclaim their health and find food and body image freedom for life!
The JessTalbert brand is a place I share my wellness journey with you--all the good the bad and everything in between-- in the hopes to inspire women to take action in their own lives.
Holistic wellness is all about learning to understand what makes you unique and living from a place of true intuition. I want you to be confident in your ability to be your healthiest self and know how worthy you are of living your dream life!
It was 2012 and having just turned 18 and being a week away from graduating high school, my mother was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Having to grow up quick in that very second, I automatically felt scared to step out of my comfort zone and away from my family.
Determined not to let my life stop entirely I went off to SoCal for freshman year of college, despite not wanting to. I basically remember the year as a not so graceful face plant into sadness, health issues and a complete lack of knowing how to be myself with so much going on back home.
So I packed up my corner of my little dorm room and moved on home as fast as I could to support my family-- especially my mom-- and figure out my health issues (which had skyrocketed!).
Fast forward 6 years and I had adopted my cute pup, Alma, graduated from Chico State, enrolled in the Integrative Institute of Nutrition, become 200-hour Yoga Certified, been diagnosed with Lyme Disease, grieved the passing of my mom and started my first big girl job. Phew, sounds like a lot of stuff!
Throughout all of the constant change, heartbreak and celebration I was able to accomplish something more valuable than I could have imagined. I had been able to look back on the hardest years of my life so far and feel proud of myself for overcoming such obstacles. That feeling of strength in myself and my ability to face my biggest fears and bust through what could have blocked me from being successful is the gift I want to keep on giving to as many of you gorgeous and capable people as I possibly can. Are you ready to become your biggest inspiration?
